The Heart of WordTrails: A Regenerative Experience

WordTrails says: I am not here to talk about it, explain it or define it. I am here to offer an experience of it.

It can be a heartbreaking place to be – loving something so much, wanting others to love it to, just wanting them to SEE how beautiful it is. How wonderful it is, how worth doing, how worth saving, how worth taking the time to understand…if only “they” could see it!!!

Those who would lead others to help others – whether individuals, humanity and the earth itself – can feel extreme passion about how fragile things are, how close to out of balance things are, how very fraught it all is.

And yet…that very passion and the urgency behind it can become the thing that keeps people off balance. Keeps them from being able to lean in, be curious, and able to work together.

True unguarded willingness is not a feeling that can be explained or even described. 

WordTrails might be seen as a flight simulator for this state, this state of being “all in.” A state which includes the condition of having enough space and time to be able to relax and be curious together, to lean in and be inside the generous interactions that emerge.

WordTrails is a place where all people – me, you, and “them,” those “others” – get to come, to FEEL what it is to be a fully belonging participant inside a loving, supportive, regenerative system.

Once a person feels what it is to belong in a truly safe space where they find themselves letting down their guard in this way, they will never unfeel it, and they will begin the beautiful path of being willing to never settle for less.
